Several weekends ago Todd started working on replacing the toiler in the half bath downstairs. During the inspection we found that there was an active leak coming from the area and since the toilet easily moved we decided that the old toilet needed to go. He removed the old toilet and got to the point where we were going to put the new one on. But, the flange was too short for the toilet to sit properly so we had to put it off. Fast forward 2 weekends, a new extended flange and we have a nice, new toilet that works 10x better than the old 17 year old ones and looks so much better. Im dying to rip out the vanity and replace it with a pedestal sink that matches the toilet as well as getting rid of the hideous wallpaper, painting amongst other things.
