Im almost afraid to say it (or even type it) but I think Im finally starting to feel better. Im taking the last of the high doseage of steroids my DR put me on to break the sickness and it seems to be working. I am still taking my anti-nausea/vomiting medicine once a day but its better than the twice a day I was taking it. For some reason, overnight seems to be the worst time for me so I take it then and it lasts until morning. Its amazing how great it feels to almost be back to normal and food tastes wonderful!
This week is another big week for us. We are going for a level II scan (ultrasound) of the baby which is much more detailed than the NT scan was and should finally put to rest our fears from the first time. Our results were good but this will reassure us that things are truly going well with the baby. Another great bonus is that as long as the baby is cooperating we should find out if we are having a boy or a girl. It would be great to know a bit earlier than the usual 20 weeks. Ill post an update later on this week letting all of you know as soon as we find out!
